Sweet Inn Motel - Langkawi

The price is fair enough with basic facilities, with breakfast provided. The staff there are quite friendly. Its quite comfortable and clean.

I am not sure its the same everywhere in langkawi, the water pressure is very low. Thus the water is very slow for the shower. Besides, the heater was not working very well. Sometimes, there was no hot/ warm water to use. there is no signage showing where is sweet inn motel at the main road, even it is hardly shown in any maps. signage can be seen after you turn inside the small road. thus, its quite difficult to look for it.

Very close to the beach and restaurants were all within in reach. Close to the airport too.

The mattress was old and dipped in the bed and this seemed to be a common complaint. The tv was very small and had 2 channels but who cares, I wasn't there to watch tv. I stayed for 3 nights and the room was never serviced...but then it wasn't that expensive so you pay for what you get.

It is near to the beach and affordable. The room is clean and comfortable. They also provide motorcycle rental.

The service. They are friendly and cater all of our request especially about changing the date of arrival very well.

Location is right next to the main strip and beach and the staff are really helpful. We checked out a few other places nearby that were cheaper but this was much nicer and worth the extra money.

When we first turned up the family room (for three) that we had booked wasn't available so we had to sleep in another room the first night and have a mattress on the floor for the 3rd person. Then the next morning the owner told us the other room was ready but when we had packed up and gone out she then said it wasn't (she had given it away) and we had to wait for an hour or so for another party to check out.

There is not a really clear signboard to show where is the sweet inn motel.

I more perfer for Beach View Motel such as AB Motel ...etc. May be i hope next time or coming soon June i plan to go again.Pls assist to search the motel in Pantai Cenang.

Breakfast not good. only Bread, Tea & Coffer.Pillow is dirty ... and when i entry the room the i guess the main is not clear yet.... and the location is very not good , packing space also the same.

Nice budget motel, with very friendly owners. Can't expect more from this category, only five minutes form the beach. However, there are plenty cheaper option closer to the beach which offer better value for money.

For the price this is a very good hotel, just across the road from a very nice beach. Basic good value.

Rooms are reasonable, pleasant environment, close to restaurants and the beach. Nice is also sitting on the balcony. Staff always ready to help with the smile.

There´s no room service. Room could be more cleaned, we saw the cobwebs, sheets are quite old and torn. When we came in, there was a sand in the bathroom´s floor.. Also the way to the hotel is along the garbage, but apparently it's not the fault of owners,

live like in traditional village & feel so nice.

flush and lights were not working upon arrival, after asking for maintenace the problem was fixed; staff needs a bit more training regarding hotel management skills
